Hello Ballers – welcome to today’s top MLB Betting Trends! Another 1-0 yesterday – the model and ratings have been good to us this week! For the other trends we shared, WNBA went 1-0 and NFL went 1-1 (what a game!).

I’ve mentioned before that trends don’t always equate to a bet, but here are a few that are most compelling to me:

Featured MLB Betting Trends:

• Athletics: 0-6 ML and F5 ML as home underdogs when Mitch Spence starts.
• Tigers: 16-5-5 F5 ML when Tarik Skubal starts.
  • We like Skubal and the Tigers to take care of business in the F5 innings – Tigers F5 RL -0.5 (-125, BetMGM).
    
    

• Orioles: 30-14-5 F5 ML as home favorites vs. RHP.
• Orioles: Baller Matchup Rating of ‘5’.
  • Orioles F5 ML (-135, DraftKings) is the play we like here.

Other Notes for Today’s Non-MLB:

• WNBA: The Dallas Wings have all sorts of situational angles and Baller Systems favoring them tonight.
  • The Wings are much better in the 1H (15-17-1 1H ATS vs. 10-22-1 ATS full game) while the Dream are the opposite (12-18-3 1H ATS vs. 17-15-1 ATS full game). With these splits in mind, we like the Wings 1H +1.5.

• WNBA: The Connecticut Sun also have a few favorable spots tonight. Their splits also point to a 1H play. Sun are 14-19 ATS full game, while 16-17 1H ATS. On the other hand, Aces are only 11-20-2 1H ATS. We are targeting Sun 1H +1.

  • While the line is close to a pick’em, making it difficult to consider the Twins strong favorites, their Baller Matchup Rating of 6 gives us confidence. We’re backing the Twins at ML -110.
    

• Royals: 20-5-7 F5 ML as home favorites vs. RHP.
• In L30 days, Guardians: 5-14-3 F5 ML vs. RHP.
  • Aligning F5 splits point to the Royals F5 ML -118 (FanDuel).
    
    
• Brewers: 24-10 ML as home favorites vs. RHP.
• In L30 days, Brewers: 14-5 ML vs. RHP.
  • Brewers have thrived in this spot – we like taking a Brewers -1 RL (here is a Run Line calculator) that is averaging around -115.
