Another 1-0 yesterday &#8211; the model and ratings have been good to us this week!  For the other trends we shared, WNBA went 1-0 and NFL went 1-1 (what a game!).<br><br>Our <a href=\"https:\/\/themoneyballer.com\/access\/2024\/09\/02\/nfl-week-1-newsletter-key-trends-underdogs-and-expert-picks\/\" title=\"\">NFL Week 1 Newsletter<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/themoneyballer.com\/access\/content\/\" title=\"\">NFL Team Previews<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/themoneyballer.com\/nfl\/\" title=\"\">Matchup Pages<\/a> are now live! <br><br>I&#8217;ve mentioned before that trends don&#8217;t always equate to a bet, but here are a few that are most compelling to me:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Featured MLB Betting Trends:<br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Athletics: <strong>0-6 ML and F5 ML <\/strong>as home underdogs when Mitch Spence starts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tigers: <strong>16-5-5 F5 ML <\/strong>when Tarik Skubal starts.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We like Skubal and the Tigers to take care of business in the F5 innings &#8211; Tigers F5 RL -0.5 (-125, BetMGM).<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orioles: <strong>30-14-5 F5 ML <\/strong>as home favorites vs. RHP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orioles: Baller Matchup Rating of &#8216;5&#8217;.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orioles F5 ML (-135, DraftKings) is the play we like here.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><br>Other Notes for Today&#8217;s Non-MLB:<br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>WNBA:  The Dallas Wings have all sorts of situational angles and Baller Systems favoring them tonight.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Wings are much better in the 1H (15-17-1 1H ATS vs. 10-22-1 ATS full game) while the Dream are the opposite (12-18-3 1H ATS vs. 17-15-1 ATS full game). Their splits also point to a 1H play.  Sun are 14-19 ATS full game, while 16-17 1H ATS.  On the other hand, Aces are only 11-20-2 1H ATS.
